I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome of my visit to SMUK. The studio exuded elegance, the ambiance was incredibly inviting, and Amanda worked wonders on my blonde locks.
My recent experience with Amanda for a half-head highlight was quite disappointing. It took a second appointment to achieve the desired result, which was frustrating as it meant taking time off work. What bothered me more than the initial mistake was the lack of apology or friendliness from Amanda. She seemed disinterested and almost inconvenienced by having to fix the error. Despite paying £510, I am not completely satisfied with the outcome. I cannot recommend the salon at this price point based on the underwhelming experience.
For the past four years, I've been a loyal patron of SMUK and each visit has been nothing short of exceptional. Irene's expertise as a hairdresser is truly remarkable, evident in the care and precision she puts into her craft. I always walk out feeling rejuvenated with luscious, vibrant hair.
