Warren was extremely friendly and accommodating, but unfortunately, the outcome was not what I had in mind. I specifically chose to visit STIL because the owner is Swedish and I wanted subtle, natural-looking highlights. Instead, I now have varying shades of grey and bright white, with patches of darkness in between. My hair feels dry and tangled, and my scalp is red and irritated. The photos I have included speak for themselves.
