This is the only salon where my 22-month-old daughter has had her haircuts done. Thank you for your patience and excellent service.

We used to frequent this establishment for our child's haircuts, but not anymore. They have started hiring inexperienced barbers who do a poor job. Here is an example of the unacceptable work they produce. It's a complete joke. I would recommend avoiding this place.

This establishment provides subpar customer service. Despite heavily promoting a discount, they claimed that customers had misinterpreted the placement of the discount sign and refused to honour it. This occurred even after I specifically inquired with the salesperson about which items were on sale. He pointed directly at the t-shirt I intended to purchase, so I selected it. However, at the checkout, they refused to apply the discount, stating that only items with a large yellow sign were on sale, without mentioning anything about a sticker on the tag. This was their error, and they should have provided better customer service, especially to someone who had travelled all the way from Australia. I journeyed to Chelsea to purchase a gift for my nephew and was appalled that a high-end store like Trotters would treat a customer in such a manner. I will not be returning to shop here due to the impolite and deceitful staff.
