ViVi Nail Spa (Battersea Park)

Recently visited the closest nail salon to my residence that specializes in crystal nails. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of skill and the friendly demeanour of the staff. Moreover, the prices were quite reasonable. I highly recommend this salon and will definitely be returning in the future!

Upon the recommendation of several friends, I decided to give ViVi a try, and I was not disappointed. I made my booking and pre-paid through Treatwell, although direct booking via phone is also an option. I opted for a mani-pedi and was pleased with the results, the hospitality of the team, and the affordability of the service. The pedicure chairs in the basement are exceptionally comfortable, the colour selection is vast, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I will certainly be returning in the future.

I've been frequenting ViVi Nails for a year now, and I must say, the quality of their services has significantly declined. In my last four visits for fills, the acrylic nails have consistently lifted and broken off within a week. Today, I had to make two additional trips to have a nail repaired, only to have the technician shape it differently and paint it a mismatched colour from the rest. Truly disappointing service indeed. 😳
