Refused to honour a voucher my husband received for his Christmas, claiming that the voucher provider had oversold. This was for the winter warmer package. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.
Took my Nan for a range of treatments today. Olivia was incredibly helpful and kind, my Nan adored her massage, facial, manicure, and foot treatment, she thoroughly relished every moment. Thank you, Olivia, we will definitely return xx
Just received a lovely message from Caitlin. Exceptionally professional. Polite and cheerful lady. Absolutely splendid value, adored the heated treatment bed. A truly relaxing experience. The entrance might be slightly off-putting, but don't let that deter you from a delightful treatment well worth a visit. Excited for next week's massage and facial.
