After my third visit to Arte with Kate, I am confident in recommending her highly.
I visited Arte salon a few months ago with the intention of lightening my dark hair. Despite the stylist's inability to strip my hair after a strand test, I successfully achieved the warm brown colour I desired using bleach at home without any damage. I am disappointed with the salon's service and professionalism, hence the 1-star rating. A professional stylist should not shy away from working with black hair, as evident from my own successful experience.
I have been a loyal customer of Arte for approximately 9 years. The staff has always been friendly and skilled, and I trust any stylist at the salon to work on my hair. My continued patronage over the years is a testament to the excellent service I receive consistently.
