Adele was delightful, warm, attentive, and efficient. The salon was bustling, and I can understand why...everyone is amiable and eager to assist with anything you need.
I rarely leave feedback, but I feel quite disappointed by Lila and Liam from Mane Majesty in Chester. I had an appointment with Liam at 12 o’clock today, which I scheduled over a month ago and received a reminder message yesterday. Upon arrival, I found the salon closed. I tried contacting Liam first but couldn’t get through, so I called Mane Majesty to inquire. The receptionist informed me that Liam was unwell and promised to have someone call me. After waiting for over two hours, I called again. The receptionist reiterated that Liam was sick and seemed unconcerned, assuring me that someone would call. It's been nearly 5 hours, and I'm still waiting for a call. I believe their conduct is highly unprofessional, and I feel greatly let down, especially during the festive season. I would not recommend them at all.

I received valuable advice on my hairstyle choice. The team is exceptional and incredibly friendly. I was so pleased with the entire experience that I've already scheduled my next appointment.
