Took my young lad for his debut trim. The gent Jack who did it was grand, but the trim is truly dreadful! It's all choppy, no blend, too many layers. I know he's just a tot so not the easiest client, but he hardly budged, very well-mannered. I'm quite let down as other parents suggested this salon to me.
I arrived with hair I despised and left with hair I adored. The stylist thoroughly explained the process to me and ensured I understood the various effects of different foil placements. The whole team made me feel incredibly welcome. The salon has a fantastic look, as I hadn't visited in a while. I hadn't scheduled the correct service for myself, but the stylist went above and beyond to achieve the result I desired. Thank you all x
