My visit here was exceptional. Toni is genuinely kind and reassuring. I underwent botox treatment and had my double chin addressed, and I will certainly return in the future. Highly recommend her services.
Toni consistently exhibits a friendly yet highly professional demeanour. She is attentive to the client's actual needs, which may differ from what the client assumes they require. Toni always provides recommendations based on what she believes will best suit the client. She doesn't aim to simply make money without prioritising the client's well-being. I wholeheartedly recommend her services to anyone.
The most dreadful encounter I've had. I scheduled the waxing session for today, 4th December, two days prior through the treamatwell application. Upon the appointed time, the beautician was nowhere to be found and no prior notification was given. Time and money wasted. Moreover, there's no written assurance of a proper refund. The staff's conduct is extremely unprofessional. Appointments should not be made if they won't be honoured, and customers should be contacted in case of issues, especially since payment is made in advance. Utterly disappointed.
