2nd visit here, both times exceptionally friendly, nails turned out stunning, great shape, not bulky, and really understood what I wanted.
Having been a loyal patron of Isla, Rory and Imogen (so far) since last April I can honestly say I am extremely satisfied with everything about IR nails. My nails always look fantastic and are in top condition when the SNS is reapplied. They are incredibly welcoming and professional simultaneously. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. It’s always a calming experience with excellent outcomes 🥰.
Wouldn’t even warrant 1 star. Scheduled for infills and nail art decals. I was quoted £38. After the gentleman removed the previous set, he then informed me I would need to opt for an acrylic powder despite choosing a nude gel colour and decals on top, which would incur an additional £3 charge. When I inquired why, they mentioned it was necessary. I agreed to this, then the lady approached to inform me there would be an extra £10 charge for the decals as they required glue to last. When I pointed out that's what I came in with and they do last, I was informed it would ultimately cost me £52. With only £50 on me, I had to leave with my nails completely filed down and looking horrendous!!!!
