After a disappointing time at my previous hair salon, I approached a new one with caution. I have visited this salon twice now and have no complaints about the service, except for a few things… 1. Each barber I have seen has left before my next visit. Last week, I called to check if the same barber was still there, only to be informed that he had left. This lack of consistency is concerning, especially considering the cost of the service, and the uncertainty of getting a new barber every time. 2. Appointments cannot be made, which is unusual for a high-end salon that invests time with its clients. Waiting in a queue can be quite time-consuming. 3. They do not accept card payments. It's the first time I've had to pay in cash in a while.
The haircut I receive here is the most precise, expert, and thorough I've ever had, with delightful touches of Turkish barber culture! It's a genuine barber experience - but even better!
