Heard great things about this artist. I was excited to call and inquire. However, the telephone conversation I had was unacceptable. I have never encountered such rudeness before. I even asked if my business was wanted, only to be met with shocking disrespect. I hung up in disbelief. I cannot review his work as his phone manners were appalling. Perhaps he was having a bad day, but that's £2000 he won't be getting from me now.
Kerry was incredibly kind and helped me feel at ease. She handled every unexpected situation with grace and skill. I wholeheartedly recommend her and will definitely return for her services.
