Hello everyone, I had made an online appointment but had to cancel due to a family emergency. Upon rebooking, the lady on the phone cancelled it instead. Not pleased.
When I still lived there, I used to get my acrylic nails done by Deep for nearly a year. Always left with beautiful nails, enjoyed our conversations, and had a pleasant time. Definitely recommend x
I have no complaints about the service provided, however, I had booked online for a lip, chin, and eyebrow wax. I paid a £4 deposit and was informed via email that I had £4 left to pay after the treatment. To my surprise, upon payment, I was charged an additional £2. While I am willing to pay £10 for the service, I believe that the online price should have been honoured. This experience won't deter me from returning, but if it recurs, I may reconsider.
