I have been a patron of this establishment for 8 years now, and I vividly recall my first visit. The staff were exceptional and incredibly welcoming. The quality of their work is outstanding. I will certainly be recommending this place.
Incredibly warm and professional service, always satisfied with the outcomes, whether it's nails or waxing. I'm definitely looking forward to trying out other treatments 🙂
So, I phoned up on the Thursday to book an appointment. I mentioned that I had bitten my nails down and needed extensions. The expert on the call suggested what I should go for, so I agreed. I arrived early for my slot but had to wait for 20 minutes to be attended to. The professional then examined my nails and stated that there wasn't much she could do due to time constraints. She applied some pink nail varnish to deter my nail-biting, which started coming off in chunks the next day. I was charged £20 for this service. Needless to say, I was disappointed. I visited the nail bar on the balcony in town on Monday and now have the fabulous nails that I initially wanted from Beauty Box. The new nails only took 35 minutes, so I'm unsure why Beauty Box couldn't manage it.
