The staff were welcoming and friendly during my visit. However, I opted for a restyle involving long layers. Only one long layer was added, and a simple blow dry was done in 25 minutes (including wash) for £40. I was surprised that the style wasn't more layered or styled before I left. The added layer is quite noticeable and not well blended. The staff were lovely, but I might explore other options in the future.
I decided to get my hair highlighted with a toner by Billy today, and I am thrilled with the outcome! Billy was extremely professional and delightful throughout the process. I highly recommend him; he truly did an exceptional job.
