Despite the negative feedback about this salon, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my nail services. It's important to remember that the staff here work long hours but still strive to meet customers' needs. The service is always friendly, polite, and accommodating. The high demand for their services is a testament to their quality. My nails always turn out exactly as I want them and last a long time. I visited this establishment yesterday with a pre-booked appointment, only to wait 30 minutes before being served. I opted for a full set of acrylic nails with an "original" polish, which cost £28 here compared to the usual £25 elsewhere. The salon's prices are higher overall, and the cash-only policy adds to the inconvenience. When I inquired about other polish options, I was disappointed to find only 15 clumpy and outdated colours available. Furthermore, I was informed that they only offer powder acrylic nails at £40. I do not recommend this salon; my experience was riddled with issues, making it a waste of time and money.
Absolutely thrilled with the service received at this salon! Despite being extremely busy, they managed to deliver exactly what I wanted in a timely manner. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and the cleanliness of the salon was top-notch. I was impressed by the wide range of colour options available for my nails, and at such a reasonable price. Will definitely be returning! Xx
