My first haircut at this salon was in December, and I cannot express how delighted I am with the outcome. Styling my hair has become effortless, and it looks fantastic even without styling. The volume is incredible, and I've never felt better about my hair. It was my first visit, so I can't recall the stylist's name (my apologies for this), but she had short, naturally curly hair. She asked many questions before starting to ensure she understood my desires. Additionally, she provided valuable advice on the best care for my hair type. Thank you so much! I am eagerly anticipating my next appointment!
This was my first visit here, chosen randomly from Google Maps due to the positive reviews. I must say, I am extremely pleased with the service. From the moment I stepped into the salon, the stylist made me feel welcome. She was kind, patient, and very professional, cutting my thick hair exactly as I had envisioned. Thank you, and I will definitely recommend this salon.
I eagerly anticipated my hair appointment before my holiday. Natasha had planned the perfect style for when my hair had grown more. The day before, I called to confirm the time, only to be told they were changing my appointment day. I explained I couldn't change as I was leaving for holiday the next day, so they adjusted the time instead. However, upon arrival, I was informed that someone else would be doing my hair as Natasha was unavailable. Despite my disappointment, I had to accept it since my holiday was the next day. I reminded the stylist (whose name I didn't catch) three times about the angled cut Natasha had suggested, but it wasn't executed as expected. My hair looked fine when I left, but the next day, it was back to being unruly, ruining my holiday. Natasha was working at another location, and I wish I had the option to go there for my haircut. After two disappointments at this salon, I won't be returning, as I expressed to the stylist on the day.
