Upon entering, I noticed a plethora of strands scattered on the floor, remnants of previous patrons neglected. The singular visible staff member did not acknowledge our presence, leaving us to linger awkwardly. The service was lacklustre, with the hairdresser frequently abandoning their post to attend to phone calls and assist others at the register. Despite the shortcomings, the prices are reasonable.
For my inaugural visit, I opted for a wash, cut, blow-dry, and straightening session. The receptionist accommodated my request for an early appointment graciously. Nikki attentively listened to my preferences and delivered results that left me content. I have already scheduled my next visit. I docked a star due to being quoted £35 but charged £45.
