I cannot rate this establishment with zero stars, however, my experience here was incredibly disappointing. Despite paying £28 for a nail treatment, they began bubbling within just 2 days. The staff simply buffed the affected areas and applied a top coat, leaving visible marks from the buffing. I am thoroughly dissatisfied - they should have removed all the nails and replaced them with fresh acrylic. It's a farce, I strongly advise against visiting this place. Furthermore, they refuse to provide a refund.
Wonderful service, I journey from Oxford every month for threading and waxing. Sonia is highly attentive and consistently delivers exceptional results. Much gratitude.
