Jenny was absolutely fantastic during my inaugural full body waxing session. She ensured my comfort throughout the process, and the waxing itself was impeccable. I will certainly be returning! I highly recommend both this establishment and Jenny for waxing, manicures, and pedicures.
My first visit to this establishment was based on positive reviews, however, it did not meet my expectations. Opting for a Russian lash set, a service I have been receiving from a trusted technician for the past five years, I was disappointed. Despite being new to the area, I decided to try the salon's services. The two-hour application time was appropriate, and the salon's cleanliness was satisfactory. Situated on the first floor in a bustling market area, the environment was somewhat noisy. However, during the lash application, the technician made unusual movements, resulting in discomfort and a heavy sensation on my eyes. The lashes were frequently stuck together, and excessive glue application made them feel stiff and unnatural. To my dismay, the application was completed in 1 hour and 35 minutes, yielding unsatisfactory results. This morning, I struggled to separate the lashes, as they were clumped together and felt heavy. Additionally, I discovered a foreign object on one of the lash extensions. This experience was disappointing, and I advise others to avoid this salon if possible.
