The most skilled of injectors, using top-tier products with a keen eye for detail and the gentlest of touches. Elliott's results are truly remarkable, as is the warm welcome and hospitality extended by Oliver and the team. Elliott is an exceptional mentor for those in the industry and a genuinely pleasant individual. He is dedicated to being the best and truly deserves all the accolades.
This marked my second visit to Lumiere, and once again, I was deeply impressed by the care and attention I received throughout the entire experience. Upon entering the premises, I felt a delightful atmosphere, and the place was impeccably clean and refreshing. The reception staff once again made me feel genuinely welcomed, and I appreciated the Tulsi tea provided to aid in relaxation before the treatment. I had my HIFU treatment with Riley Turner. She is incredibly kind and attentive, explaining everything clearly and giving me ample time to ask questions. I felt completely at ease during the treatment, and Riley was very diligent in ensuring I was comfortable throughout the session. I also commend Lumiere for their excellent email communication before and after the treatment; I highly recommend Lumiere medispa.
I have undergone multiple treatments with Oliver that I have been extremely pleased with. It's comforting that the clinic has professionals who are both medically and highly qualified and uphold strong professional standards. Treatment options are discussed but never pushed. Most importantly, the staff are warm, kind, and hospitable, always going the extra mile to ensure you feel valued from booking to aftercare. The booking system is user-friendly, and the pricing is very competitive considering the exceptional quality of care.
