I visited the salon for a nail treatment, but unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the service. I requested a full nail treatment, but instead, they only shaped my nails. I specifically mentioned that one of my nails was splitting, but the technician simply shaped it and applied top polish. I don't think the quality matched the £5.00 price tag; I believe £3.00 would have been more appropriate. Overall, I left feeling dissatisfied.
Regarding the nail services, I wish I could rate this place lower than 1 star. I strongly advise avoiding this establishment. The service was appalling, and the staff were impolite. They did not engage with me, choosing instead to converse amongst themselves in a language that made me feel like an interruption. At one point, a staff member threw a wipe at me and demanded that I wash my toes, despite my disability making this task challenging. After struggling, they haphazardly applied white nail polish to the tips of my toes and charged me £18. The quality was so poor that even my grandson could have done a better job. I had requested a pedicure, but the entire experience was disappointing. After reading other reviews, it seems that subpar service is a common issue at this salon for both manicures and pedicures. Save your time and seek services elsewhere, as there are many superior salons available.
My experience at the salon was rather peculiar. There was no discussion about the desired shape of my nails; they were filed excessively without my input. The technician seemed more preoccupied with attending to the receptionist when the phone rang or a customer arrived. There was minimal conversation from both the nail technician and reception staff, leading to a lack of ambiance during the treatment. I would not recommend this salon.
