I recently treated myself to a pedicure and manicure, including shellac polish on both my hands and feet. The service was impeccable, and the results were fantastic. The staff were friendly, and I thoroughly enjoyed my pampering session. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
ABSOLUTELY APPALLING! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The level of customer service is APPALLING. I had an appointment booked for 4:30pm, but I was not attended to until 5:15pm. When I sought advice on the colour selection, I was rudely told to just pick a colour without looking up. When I politely asked to see how the colour would look on my nail, I was flat out refused. The staff member was unhelpful and dismissive, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. This unprofessional behaviour is unacceptable. My previous experience with this place was also disappointing as the acrylic broke after 3 days and the gel started peeling off after 2 days. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. You can receive much better service elsewhere.
Absolutely dreadful nail salon! I will never set foot in this place again. I took my 7-year-old daughter for a simple toe painting, but they ended up painting her hands without my consent and then charged me £15 for it. When I questioned the unexpected charge, they made a rude comment in front of my upset daughter. Additionally, I requested a pedicure with regular polish and matching gel for my hands, but they gave me mismatched colours and insisted they were the same. The poor service and lack of professionalism ruined what was supposed to be a special treat before a holiday. Stay away from this place, it's a complete scam.
