I had a delightful facial with Daisy and I left feeling serene and rejuvenated! I've had numerous facials in the past, but Daisy truly excelled. She took her time with the treatment, ensuring each step of the facial and massage was executed with care and precision. A remarkable experience from beginning to end, and I will certainly be returning at the earliest opportunity!
Lacks customer appreciation. A string of negative experiences, particularly with the proprietor (though the other staff members are delightful!). Despite attempting to reschedule an appointment three to four days in advance due to a booking system error, I was still charged. The owner's response and behaviour were utterly disappointing. Not impressed.
