I adore a good massage but have been seeing Indigo for the past few months for deeper reasons. After navigating a challenging period in my life, I have not only physically benefited from the treatments but it has positively impacted my overall well-being during trying times.
Indigo always begins the session by inquiring about how I am feeling and then customizes the treatment accordingly. I have experienced the use of sage burning, back massage, and Indian head techniques in addition to Lymphatic Drainage.
