Fantastic place to unwind with a massage. Tina was exceptionally skilled, warm, and professional.
This was the most dreadful massage experience I've had, from beginning to end. Firstly, they couldn't figure out how to operate the card machine. The massage room was uncomfortably cold. We had to request relaxing music from the therapists. Despite asking for a gentle massage, we had to repeatedly ask them to ease up as they applied too much pressure. None of the amenities mentioned on the website were available - no shower facilities, no towels in the women's restroom, no hand sanitizer on the landing, and an uncovered bin with used sanitary products inside. I would not suggest this place to anyone, a complete waste of money. Extremely disappointed.
Visited for the first time today and had a wonderful massage! Managed to squeeze me in last minute and checked in with me throughout to ensure my satisfaction. Would definitely recommend!
