Despite encountering negative feedback, I had a delightful experience, perhaps just fortunate. Opted for a walk-in service and was promptly attended to within a few minutes. I opted for in-fills with colour at a cost of £24. Chris handled the initial filing, while another individual (whose name escapes me, unfortunately) took over for shaping and colouring. Overall, a pleasant experience ☺️
Visited for the second time last week, as the individual who did my nails during the initial visit did a commendable job. However, during my most recent appointment last Sunday, despite booking in advance, I ended up waiting for an hour and a half. It was quite exhausting, especially considering the purpose of scheduling ahead to manage time effectively. While I understand there was a shortage of staff the previous week, the extensive wait was challenging. It seemed unfair to prioritize walk-in customers over those who had made prior bookings. My rating reflects solely the prolonged waiting period, as the service itself was satisfactory.
Had a refreshing change today and left thoroughly impressed. Opted for a manicure and pedicure, and the outcome was excellent. Definitely considering a return visit in the future, just uncertain about the timing. 😃
