My son and I, who has specific needs, had our hair appointment today and I must say, WOW! I am absolutely thrilled with our new hairstyles! A huge thank you for creating such a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, especially for my son. Your willingness to involve him in decisions and accommodate his needs during a process that has previously caused him great distress is truly remarkable. Words cannot convey the impact you've had and the joy you've brought to my son. 10/10
