My encounter was unsatisfactory. The session was scheduled for 30 minutes. However, as Julia had to attend to other clients, her attention was divided. Being of a petite stature, the pads kept slipping, necessitating me to hold them in place for 15 minutes and readjust them at other intervals. I have requested a refund for the subsequent session but have not received a response. I believe a more personalised approach should be adopted.
