Having read the many negative reviews, I am amazed!!!! It seems you can't please everyone. I've been a loyal customer at this nail salon for a while now, and whenever people ask me where to get their nails done, I always recommend this place. I've received numerous compliments; this is hands down my favourite spot. I've been doing my nails for years, and of all the places I've tried, this one has never let me down from day one. My top two go-to people there are Tony and Nicky; they always deliver and listen to your requests. The quality is top-notch! Even after 4 weeks, my nails are still strong with no issues, just needing a refresh and colour change. I usually opt for acrylic overlays on my natural nails. The prices are just right! Lately, Nicky has been doing my nails, and she always aims to please. THANK YOU NICKY 😊 You can't please everyone, but you certainly please me! Keep up the great work!
Honestly not surprised at all by the negative feedback and the lack of accountability. First visit here, got acrylics and one fell off after just 2 days. Went back as advised for a fix, only to be asked to pay and blamed for my own nails (I've done my nails for years without issues). How can you charge a customer for nails that fall off after TWO days? I paid for the fix, but 3/4 other nails lifted off later along with the one they repaired. Reviews echo the same issues - nails falling off, poor quality, and service. Their responses to customers are even worse, lol.
I'm not one to leave reviews, but if there was a 0-star option, that's what I'd give this place. The nail technician had a rude and unpleasant attitude. I'm not easily offended, but when I'm paying for a specific nail service and the technician can't even understand what I want, it's frustrating. I get that people have bad days, but the end result was terrible; even my 4-year-old nephew could have done a better job. They completely ruined my day, and I'm about to go on holiday with these nails - a terrible start. I'm genuinely upset; to anyone considering going here, just don't. I'm being honest and taking 10 minutes of my time to warn the next person. DON'T. There are rude and disrespectful individuals working here; they don't do nails well. Don't waste your time or money.
