I had a mixed experience! I phoned a week ahead to book an appointment, but upon arrival, my name wasn't on the list and I regret not getting the name of the person who took my call. Luckily, one of the stylists asked her client if she could fit me in between appointments. She helped me choose my haircut and was very accommodating. I wasn't impressed with the disorganization of missing my appointment, as I had made arrangements to be there. However, it was nice that someone managed to squeeze me in.
