I placed an online order for several items for my daughter, all of which were listed as in stock. It should have been a simple process of packaging the items and sending a notification once done. However, nearly a week passed without any update on my order. When I reached out to customer service via email seeking a resolution, my order was abruptly cancelled without exploring other options. The reason provided was technical issues at the Croydon store, but I fail to understand the complexity of assembling items. I even offered to assist with a new service called click, packityourself and collect! I am deeply saddened, frustrated, and disappointed, especially given the time elapsed. If my concerns are not addressed, I will share my experience widely to warn other customers and prevent similar disappointments.
Our visit to the store yesterday was delightful. The staff members were lovely, kind, and very helpful. The store is located inside the Whitgift Shopping Centre. Currently, they are running a promotion on hair accessories and jewellery - buy 3 items and get 3 for free. Additionally, they offer ear piercing services for children as well.
The service experience was extremely disappointing. Following my daughter's piercing at this establishment, she developed a severe infection. I had no choice but to remove the earring, leading to the hole closing up. When I inquired about a second piercing, I was told that the same earring could not be used again with the gun. I asked for a discounted price for the second piercing, but my request was promptly denied. They insisted on full payment, which I found unreasonable. I will not be returning and strongly advise against using their piercing services. It was a truly awful experience.
