I had an appointment set in advance, but upon arrival, I found out another person was also booked in for the same time. Despite being double booked, I let the other individual go ahead of me. However, I ended up waiting an extra hour. Disappointing lack of respect for clients' time. I suggest seeking services elsewhere.
Their punctuality is abysmal. I've had three appointments where I had to endure long waits, with the longest being over an hour. Today, my 9.30am appointment had me waiting for 45 minutes. There's no compensation for their chronic lateness. It's best to find a place that values your time.
I'm delighted with the outcome of my nail appointment! Tom was efficient, quick, and gentle during the process, especially considering my past negative experiences. Thank you!
