I had a foot rub with Rachel today after a visit to Dr. James and she was superb. Went beyond the paid time to ensure she did a thorough job on my lower legs and thighs. Relaxing, yet challenging to target the tense spots! Would highly recommend and definitely coming back. A truly lovely gentleman but oh, those nails! Freshly done just 48 hours ago, and already three are chipped. The application was sloppy, with incomplete coverage and clear signs of inexperience. Her hair kept getting in the way, making the whole experience quite unpleasant. While the customer service was commendable, the final result was abysmal.
