A truly lovely gentleman but oh, those nails! Freshly done just 48 hours ago, and already three are chipped. The application was sloppy, with incomplete coverage and clear signs of inexperience. Her hair kept getting in the way, making the whole experience quite unpleasant. While the customer service was commendable, the final result was abysmal.
