I placed an online order for several items for my daughter, all of which were listed as in stock. It should have been a simple process of packaging the items and sending a notification once done. However, nearly a week passed without any update on my order. When I reached out to customer service via email seeking a resolution, my order was abruptly cancelled without exploring other options. The reason provided was technical issues at the Croydon store, but I fail to understand the complexity of assembling items. I even offered to assist with a new service called click, packityourself and collect! I am deeply saddened, frustrated, and disappointed, especially given the time elapsed. If my concerns are not addressed, I will share my experience widely to warn other customers and prevent similar disappointments.About
