My daughter and I underwent a rejuvenating treatment last month, and the experience was truly delightful. Today, I returned with my sister for another session. I opted for crochet with bouncy curly hair extensions, while my sister went for a full head weave. The service we received at Halo's was exceptionally professional, and the staff exuded warmth and friendliness throughout. Our time there was flawless, leaving us feeling like glamorous models. A huge thank you to Fatima, Sharon, and Joy for their outstanding work.
While the receptionist was delightful, I was disappointed with the quality of my eyelashes, finding them to be subpar and potentially hazardous. The following day, I had them removed, but no refund was offered. I was informed that the outcome was due to my decision not to allow the technician to use hair glue. This experience occurred last year, and I hope that improvements have since been made.
Although the wait was slightly longer than usual due to a bustling Saturday, my hair stylist Sharon was absolutely fantastic. She displayed remarkable skill and expertise, providing not only a top-notch service but also engaging in great conversation.
