Once again, received a delightful pedicure from Oliver. Pedicures with Oliver are a true indulgence, and his foot and leg massages are exceptional, which is why I consistently choose to see him and visit this salon. However, today (not Oliver's fault), my session was interrupted three times as he had to answer the door, causing disruptions in the treatment. This situation is unfair to both him and the clients. The establishment should consider having a receptionist or perhaps keeping the front door unlocked so visitors can enter and wait at the reception until a staff member is available.
Had reserved a 1-hour Deep Tissue massage, encountered some issues with the massage itself, but the spa reached out to offer a replacement massage, which I accepted. Oliver was my masseur, a delightful and skilled gentleman who carried out my treatment with expertise and attentiveness. I departed feeling thoroughly relaxed. I wholeheartedly recommend Oliver! Appreciation to the management for taking the initiative to rectify the situation and care for their new patrons.
Entered for a standard manicure with OPI polish. The individual who served me was exceptionally attentive and meticulous, yet the polish chipped within a day. I had my nails done YESTERDAY, and today they are completely ruined. This has never occurred before. This establishment must enhance the quality of their products or introduce new shades as this was a disappointing visit.
