I adore this tranquil haven nestled in the heart of a bustling thoroughfare. Upon entering, you are transported to another realm. The introductory spa package was divine. I left feeling weightless after my treatments (soaking in the hot tub, massage, pedicure, and a light lunch). The therapists make you feel completely comfortable, even if you have insecurities. Their warmth is unparalleled. They frequently offer promotions on services and products.
I visited The Meadow Retreat day spa this week for my inaugural waxing session and I must express my admiration. The individual who tended to my underarm was exceedingly hospitable and provided invaluable guidance on post-treatment care and its efficacy. I departed in just 15 minutes. I particularly appreciated the ambiance and how she sustained conversation throughout to divert my attention. Personally, I found the treatment painless. I wholeheartedly endorse The Meadow Retreat for excellent value treatments!
Appalling demeanour from the spa. I attempted to schedule a spa session over three weeks ago. The spa failed to accommodate my request, providing no alternatives despite having availability. The service from the director, Vanessa Kenshole, was shockingly poor, insinuating that I was dishonest. Clearly, there is much room for improvement in enhancing the customer experience!
