I have frequented this salon for nail services multiple times, and I have always been pleased with the recommendations and the final results!
My visit to this salon was a disaster! I went in for a waxing appointment, and the place was chaotic. After a long wait, I was taken to have my eyebrows waxed and tinted. The technician waxed off a significant portion of my eyebrow, left the tint on for too long, and used unclean tools and wax. Now, my eyebrows are irritated and infected. The overall hygiene of the salon was questionable, and the technician was rushed and impolite. I do not recommend getting any services done here, it's not worth it!
I had a terrible experience at this salon! I went in for eyebrow and upper lip waxing, and it was extremely painful. The lady was rough and pulled off a large strip that covered both areas at once, causing a lot of discomfort. To make matters worse, I developed small white pimples around my eyebrows and upper lip, likely due to the unsanitary conditions. The wax pot looked dirty, and it seems like little effort was made to maintain cleanliness. I will not be returning for waxing services here.
