I want to express my gratitude to Sharon and Danielle. I usually dread going to the hairdressers, but I will definitely return to TS2. I absolutely loved the colour and cut, it was exactly what I had requested. Special thanks to Kirsteen for my beauty makeover as well. Merry Christmas TS2!
Sharon was indifferent to my hair, to be honest. Paint was splattered all over my face and forehead. I requested for it to be cleaned before it dried and set. She agreed but failed to follow through. I paid the same amount as someone with long hair, yet received a subpar job. The dark brown dye didn't cover evenly, with lighter patches in the middle. Not only was my face stained, but the colour application was uneven. Despite this, she had the audacity to demand nearly £88 and commented that my hair was too thick. I have never left a salon with such a careless and shoddy hair job. Thanks to her, I will never return!
Every visit here makes me feel special. My first haircut post-chemo hair growth was done here, and the staff were kind and attentive. The atmosphere is always filled with laughter, and all the team members, from the apprentices to the senior stylists, are incredibly professional.
