A typical nail salon where one is overlooked and treated rather rudely. I continued going back because the quality of the nails is good. However, during my last visit, a bit of nail polish came off my right thumb as I removed my sock after getting my nails done. I assumed it hadn't dried properly and could easily be fixed without any trouble. To my surprise, I was accused of touching the dryer three minutes earlier while my hand was drying. This was not the case, and I did not appreciate being called a liar. Additionally, there was rudeness and a refusal to communicate clearly with masks on, making it difficult to understand. Two employees were shouting through their masks at me, with no consideration for others entering and coughing without covering their mouths. One lady admitted to having a chest infection for three weeks and had not worn a mask that particular day, which I found unacceptable. Regardless of Covid, I do not wish to be exposed to the germs of such a selfish individual. The lady next to me was visibly disgusted and rolling her eyes at being coughed on.

Exceptional service at a fantastic price! I am thrilled with my new nails. It's evident that great care is taken to ensure the best possible outcome, all while maintaining a quick and efficient process. I will definitely be returning!
