Extremely accommodating, extremely patient, extremely skilled! Wonderful individuals, corrected my nails to perfection 👍💅. Will definitely be my regular nail salon. My initial visit and most certainly not my last. Lovely array of colours to select from. Currently in the process of restoring my natural nails. Not cash only!!!! A typical nail salon where one is overlooked and treated rather rudely. I continued going back because the quality of the nails is good. However, during my last visit, a bit of nail polish came off my right thumb as I removed my sock after getting my nails done. I assumed it hadn't dried properly and could easily be fixed without any trouble. To my surprise, I was accused of touching the dryer three minutes earlier while my hand was drying. This was not the case, and I did not appreciate being called a liar. Additionally, there was rudeness and a refusal to communicate clearly with masks on, making it difficult to understand. Two employees were shouting through their masks at me, with no consideration for others entering and coughing without covering their mouths. One lady admitted to having a chest infection for three weeks and had not worn a mask that particular day, which I found unacceptable. Regardless of Covid, I do not wish to be exposed to the germs of such a selfish individual. Absolutely love the work done on my nails here. I'm a regular visitor! The owner is so friendly, talkative, and courteous. Exceptional service and great value for money. I can't recommend Top Nails enough - I've been to many nail salons but this one stands out. The owner is incredibly skilled and can recreate almost any design you show her. I had my hair styled here with one of the stylists, she was so impolite, was dismissive when I was discussing the cut and colour, I felt so pressured to make a decision, she was sighing and had such an attitude!
