Extremely accommodating, extremely patient, extremely skilled! Wonderful individuals, corrected my nails to perfection 👍💅. Will definitely be my regular nail salon. My initial visit and most certainly not my last. Lovely array of colours to select from. Currently in the process of restoring my natural nails. Not cash only!!!! Card payments accepted which is a plus. Will be visiting you soon.
I phoned late on a Saturday afternoon but received no response, then a short while later Alex called me to inquire if I would like an appointment, he promptly scheduled one for me and my daughter. We were greatly impressed by the cleanliness of the salon and the efficiency and professionalism of the staff. We are thoroughly impressed and will definitely be frequenting KatieStar Nails. We highly recommend this salon.
I'm extremely displeased with the service I received. While the gentleman was pleasant, the lady rudely exclaimed, "Goodness me" when I requested a minor adjustment to my nail, as the line was not properly filled. I even indicated it was acceptable if she couldn't fix the gaps, but she proceeded, and now the nail appears messy and smudged.
