A marvellous spot for all your candle cravings! Visited in person and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Also made an online order, and the parcel arrived in just 2 days, a mere week before Christmas. I'll certainly be a loyal customer for my scented candles and fragrances.
The lady who handled the waxing was exceptional, offering great assistance and kindness. However, the individual who did my nails did a subpar job, resulting in a bumpy and obviously artificial finish. The nail polish selection, all in black bottles, made it challenging to discern the colours accurately. I requested a test nail, but she refused, leading me to purchase a different nail varnish to rectify the situation myself. Regrettably, these are the worst nail extensions I've experienced, possibly due to her preoccupation with conversing with other clients rather than focusing on my requests. It's truly disappointing, especially since I have my wedding tomorrow and no time for corrections. Despite spending over £80 in one visit, there was no attempt to make amends. I will not be returning.
