I made a booking for a Hollywood wax at Lashious. The treatment was carried out by Avneet, who was delightful and engaging, making me feel at ease. She was very meticulous and managed to remove all hair with minimal discomfort. I will definitely be rebooking with Avneet in the future.
After getting my eyebrows tinted and shaped, I was instructed not to wash my face for 24 hours. Unfortunately, the eyebrows were not symmetrical, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, the staff seemed annoyed. I had to ask multiple times for them to fix the shape. Just two days later, I had to start penciling them in again as the tint had completely faded. Extremely dissatisfied with the service.
I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at this salon. They provide misleading information in their pamphlets about their services and then claim to be short-staffed. During my full-body wax service, they informed me that certain areas were not included, such as the back, chest, and bikini line. I agreed to pay extra for those areas, but they ended up charging me double the quoted price, citing ignorance of the correct charges. This salon seems to be a scam, and I strongly advise against wasting your money there. My waxing was not done properly, and overall, it was a regrettable experience.
