Oh my word, where do I begin? Unexpectedly, Nicky had to reschedule my waxing appointment for tomorrow afternoon. Knowing I'm going on holiday, she invited me over tonight to get it done. At 9.50pm, I arrived at Nicky's Treatment Room and had my waxing done by Nicky in her onesie! This goes above and beyond, and I'm truly grateful. 5 stars always, but especially on this occasion.
