My daughters and I visited on 23rd December for a walk-in appointment. All of us were done within an hour, even my younger daughter whose nails are usually bitten. The staff were lovely, provided great service, and even offered free hand moisture. Highly recommend!
I've been getting my nails done for 20 years. The staff were rude, speaking about me in their language because I mentioned the acrylic was too thick. £35 for thick nails is outrageous. The acrylic made my nails itch terribly. Rude and unhelpful. I've been to many nail shops and this was the worst. They even charged a mum £44 to paint gel on two nine-year-old girls' nails. No customer service skills at all.
