I am disappointed with my experience. I had booked an appointment, but upon arrival, there was no record of it. I understand that bookings without a deposit may not guarantee attendance, but waiting 25 minutes without being acknowledged was frustrating. It was my first time getting my nails done at a non-independent salon, and I found it to be not worth the money. The lack of cuticle work has caused my acrylics to lift prematurely, and I was cut twice, with visible blood that was not addressed properly. While most reviews are positive, my experience was a miss.
