I am thrilled to have discovered Shelby's salon. It's such a peaceful and welcoming environment, and Shelby herself is kind, thoughtful, and honest. I decided to embrace my natural grey hair after years of dyeing, and Shelby expertly blended new colours for me. I've received numerous compliments on my hair. Thank you for the fantastic service.

I made an appointment to get my roots coloured and have a small trim as I transitioned to a bob after over a year. I have naturally curly hair and wanted to add a hint of red for the winter season. Unfortunately, during the colouring process, the hairdresser was constantly interrupted by phone calls, although she did apologize. When my roots were done, they turned out to be a bright red that didn't blend well with the rest of my hair. I inquired if it was due to the lighting, but my question was brushed off. The cutting at the back took only 10 minutes, yet I was charged the full price. I asked about thinning out my hair, but was told it would make it frizzy. To top it off, the hairdresser proceeded to blow dry my hair despite my preference not to. The end result made me look like I had used a cheap box dye and was wearing a bike helmet. I paid the bill and left feeling extremely disappointed. I had to seek another hairdresser to fix the colour. I cannot recommend this salon to anyone.

The staff here are so welcoming and the service is top-notch. I absolutely adore my fresh haircut. I will definitely be spreading the word to my friends and family about this place.
